2022 National "Green Factory Demonstration Enterprise"
Guangdian Electric was awarded the honorary title of "National Green Factory Demonstration Enterprise" in 2022 (public list: No. 183 of 2022), and continuously updates its dynamic management information every year to maintain the company's green and low-carbon development. The company has formulated and implemented documents such as the "Chemical and Oil Control Procedure" to strictly control the use of harmful substances in products. The procurement requirements specify that suppliers need to provide corresponding quality and environmental protection certificates. Relevant regulations and supervision procedures have been formulated for the drug research and development process to ensure the effective promotion, implementation, and maintenance of green supply chain management.

3 Green Recyle
Guangdian Electric has integrated green design principles into product design and development, aiming to reduce resource consumption from the source, lower environmental pollution, and enhance the recyclability of products throughout their entire lifecycle. Most of them are recyclable materials, and the utilization rate of recyclable materials in the product is 95.2%. Guangdian Electric has a recycling and dismantling information management system, which enables the transmission of dismantling information and product traceability, and is used to guide downstream enterprises in recycling and dismantling.
4 Carbon management system construction
Guangdian Electric has established a carbon management platform, which enables the collection and investigation of carbon emission data from supply chain enterprises through the "Yichan" carbon management platform. It can provide full lifecycle accounting for itself and upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain, and support the disclosure of sustainable development data content and PR resources for SGEG.
5 Zero carbon factory creation results
The production process of Radio and Television Electrical mainly consumes electricity, and a 5MW distributed photovoltaic power station has been built on the existing roof, with an annual power generation of over 5 million kWh. At present, the proportion of renewable energy usage accounts for over 70% of the company's total energy consumption. We plan to complete the creation of a zero carbon factory by 2025.
Based on the certification of "Green Supply Chain Management Enterprise" in Shanghai, Guangdian Electric will continue to promote the construction of green manufacturing system, accelerate the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, and continuously inject new green momentum into the high-quality development of the industry by optimizing the supply chain process, reducing environmental pollution and resource waste, lowering enterprise operating costs, improving resource utilization efficiency, and advancing towards green, intelligent, and high-end direction.
